A work friend sent me a reel (was probably a TikTok, but I don’t have that one), where the question posed was:
"You can have one coworker fired, and they will not know it had anything to do with you, or you can have a 30% raise. Which do you choose?
My answer was that I’d be willing to continue putting up with pretty much everybody for 30% more pay. The question should be:
You are in line for a 30% pay increase this year. How much of that raise would you be willing to forfeit in exchange for having one coworker fired without them knowing it was because of you?

Sorry I have been so MIA. Grandpa was in the hospital for two weeks and just got home today. It’s been a stressful time and while he is now home, there is still a lot that remains to be seen. It doesn’t help that while they treated the infection, the cause of it remains untreated because he is too old to have surgery.
Work has also been stressful.
How has everyone else been this month?
