Life has kept me busy in other ways recently but I hope to resume baking again this month. In the meantime, here’s a selection of things I’ve baked in the past few months.
Vanilla & chocolate ‘corporate’ cupcakes for a business launch
Gingerbread flavour Whoville-inspired Christmas cupcakes
(I forget which flavours these whimsical cupcakes were exactly, probably apple + cinnamon & strawberry or vanilla?)
A vanilla birthday traybake cake
I think these pale yellow & mauve spring themed cupcakes were maybe lemon + elderflower flavour (again not 100% sure and I cba to check, heh)

I have been having the STRONGEST craving for POUNDCAKE for weeks. Nothing has hit the spot, I may have to make one myself, anyone have any good recipes?
