Blood isn’t thicker than water, but money certainly gets people to associate with relatives they virtually never get near.

So many of the TV ‘families’ may be related by blood, but don’t associate except on camera, and portray a family relationship that’s total fantasy.

I follow the Rodrigues family. I find Jill R to be a huge narcissist, who selfishly grifts as much as she can, to fill her own needs, while she ignores the needs of her 13 children. Her husband is a lazy dolt, who makes the least amount of effort possible and despite being Jill’s “headship,” takes his orders from Jill. Most of the drivers in the family get lots of moving violations. The parents don’t take any special care to be certain that their children are safely belted in appropriate car seats, despite the fact that Jill has a sister who became paralyzed after a crash. I hope others enjoy discussing them too!

I wonder what Jill will do as her children age and she loses her identity as the mother of a mega family. Will she hold on tightly to the very youngest, or will she insert herself into the homes of her grown children that live nearby?

I saw on Instagram that Janelle (Sister Wives) went to visit Maddie again, and Asypn (along with her husband) and Paedon hung out with them too. I can only imagine how Garrison’s death has hit them all. I know Asypn has one of his cats. It’s very hard to have your grief on display but Janelle has shared that she’s glad Garrison’s short life touched so many.
