The trailer for Season 19 has dropped, of course I want to see Kody and Robyn get their just desserts, this footage is from the second half of 2022 by the trailers, so TWO years behind- do I care? Yes I do! Especially since we know that Christine has had a happy ending with David, although it will be very difficult seeing Garrison.
Based on internet reports- Garrison perhaps named Janelle as sole beneficiary on his life insurance benefit he from his military service. (Video here.)
Kody is no doubt grieving his son, but he’s such a POS human he probably feels Janelle should share it with him!!
In this aspect I’m glad the show is 2yrs behind so we don’t have to see this raw pain play out, although I’m here for seeing Kody be jealous or David.

I watched Episode 1- I am glad they acknowledged Garrison’s death before the season got started.
So we are in Summer 2022, as we know Logan got married that October and Mykelti missed the wedding itself but came to the pre-wedding events because she was so far along in her pregnancy. She looks beautiful but so uncomfortable, the last trimester can be so hard especially with multiples.
Kody, oh Kody- I think he’s more angry that his kids won’t talk to him than that he actually HURT THEM. In his very ego drive brain, he cannot understand why everyone won’t bow down to him, and how did everything go wrong, and how did he lose almost everyone. Mykelti is trying to be nice to him, I believe she loves her father (and Robyn too) but Mykelti isn’t pretending everything is rosy. Kody cannot seem to understand that he brought this all on himself by refusing to have any EMPATHY for anyone. Its all about HIM and who wronged HIM and how dare they not be puppets in his puppet show.
Watching Episode 3 now, Logan and Michelle were NOT playing “don’t mention our wedding on the show”. They both consented to be in the background of other episodes (and we saw them in Christine’s Wedding Special) but they must’ve explicitly said “don’t speak our name on the show”. (About what they are currently doing- childhood memories and footage are fine)
For the record I don’t blame them and I’m glad they put up the best boundaries for themselves.
We know this was Logan & Michelle’s wedding they referencing given Mykelti was due in a couple of weeks.

When they return I’m wondering if it will be Season 19 Part 2 or will it be Season 20?
I’m hoping we’re more up to date with Kody and Robyns new estate on the show and I’m also anxious to see Christine’s newest Air BnB and Janelles “Taeda Farms” adventure and Maddies new baby!
Lots of interesting storylines to look forward to 
I’m sitting down to watch the episode where they discuss Garrison’s death.
It’s been a year since it happened and I remember being so hurt, feeling for his family, thinking about watching him grow up. I donated to the anti-cruelty society in his memory (the place he adopted his own cats from named after him).
It’s so tragic. The pain on everyone’s face needs no language. May is mental health awareness month. Please take care of yourselves and those you hold dear.
My thoughts go out to Gabe who found him, that’s a memory he will always be cursed with.
When Christine said so many people didn’t get to know what a beautiful person Garrison was, I said “We knew. Everyone that watched knew.”

I’m glad Janelle has the support of her other children and grand babies. I noticed Gwendolyn was standing next to Meri at the gravesite, those two have always had a special bond.
