I’m so sorry to hear! It’s scary when they are sick as they can’t tell us what’s wrong.
Cosmo now officially has a muzzle on dog walks. A few weeks ago he almost choked to death on a peace of pita bread. The caregiver was out walking him (in office day for me) and she told him “no”(lots of restaurant trash near by) and he plopped down in protest. He then passed out and she had to do abdominal compressions and him and he spit it out!! Scared her half to death. Of course I do not want Cosmo to choke, but M is so sensitive, if he died on her watch she would’ve never gotten over it and I can’t have M upset!(Happy Caregiver Happy Life)
In addition to her cash bonus (I got my bonus and work so she should get a bonus at work), I gave her a $200 Sephora gift card as a “thanks for saving my life” from Cosmo. (She loves makeup).
I’m glad your puppy Cosmo is okay, that must have been scary. I’ve had to pry stuff from PeeWee’s mouth a few times over the years, he sometimes tries to eat stuff that isn’t good for him, fortunately he’s never choked but I do have to watch him closely.
