One of my faves is Good Good golf. There are many golf channels to choose from, but I just love these guys. I watch almost every one of their vids, while the other channels I watch more sporadically. I’ve been watching since before they were “Good Good”, fyi. And they have many sub(?) channels -each of the players has their own channel, plus Good Good Extra, and vlogs, etc.
It sounds morbid, but it’s actually very professionally done with a lot of great info, but Hollywood Graveyard with Arthur Dark (yes, his real name!) is a terrific channel, if you want to hear some info and see where some favorite stars of today and yesteryear are buried.
Edit: He has even had Viewers’ Specials, having viewers send videos of famous people buried around the world. He’s about to have another one. The first went all over: Ireland, England, France, etc. So a little something for every viewer.
Have you all heard the German tongue twister about Barbara and her rhubarb cakes, turned into a “rap” song? Warning: it’s quite the earworm!
Here it is with German and English subtitles and set to a cartoon. https://youtu.be/iprvZN37CL4?si=lIVj8BdNwk6pc16o
And here is just the 2 guys singing it: https://youtu.be/ZYkBf0dbs5I?si=J3fJs2OUwJIpsWdb
I like stories about “Karens” getting their just desserts, watching people hear for the first time, and colorblind people trying enchroma glasses.
I also like watching other people reacting to movies I really liked. For example, people seeing for the first time and reacting to The Sixth sense and Blazing Saddles.
Oh and people reacting to seeing the Filmed version of the play Hamilton for the first time.
Since that’s my name, it cracked me up.
Ps ever notice there’s no baby Barbaras now? I always had at least two other Barbaras in each of my classes growing up. Now, nobody names their kid Barbara.
And yes…that song is catchy!
My great aunt who was our nanny was named Barbara- she was born the same year as Mickey Mouse, a fact she was delighted to share with him on our trip to Walt Disney World in 1994.
YouTube- I LOVE YouTube! My viewing tends to break down into categories
I love true crime and trials. Although I watch Court TV and like the commentators there are too many commercials. So watch alot of trials live on YouTube. Am currently watching MA vs Karen Read in which Ms Read has been charged with her boyfriends, a cop, murder. She says it was a set up and that some other cops killed him. It is a very interesting trial.
I’ll bet you’re already aware of this but just in-case, you can watch old trials on Court TV’s website.
On Court TV’s YT channel? Or something other channel(s)?
All I do is search for the trial name. It seems like Court. TV and the Law and Order channel switch who airs a trial and also sometimes the local news channels of wherever the trial is taking place will air it.
@CatfishedOnline is a great one. They post Catfished videos every week.
@ClownfishTV if you someone who thinks that Disney has jumped the shark. Kneon and Geeky Sparkles talk about geeky stuff, Disney, and other nerd news.
@TylerOliveira has some interesting videos.
@ScammerPayback Pierogi interacts with scam calls
@JimBrowning another scam baiter - out of the UK.
@PleasantGreen Another scam baiter. My kids like this one as well.
@MagnificentCentury If you want to watch one of the BEST Turkish dramas ever made. It’s a historical fiction about the life and court of the Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent and his wife Hurrem. Meryem Uzerli just slays the role of Hurrem.
Atlanta Street Interviews … independent host ineriews homeless and street people. However, these personal stories , for the most part, have less to do with poor choices….
Sounds interesting. I’ll add it to my list.
Have you viewed According to Amber? She had tea on Michael and Angela had it closed down.
There’s a part 2 the German RHubarb Barbara song. (And I think I might like this even more than the first!)
man i missed it. Can you share the tea?
